Brian did not give us a fair trial we hired him and he did not contact the previous lawyer to get the run down on what was going on with the case. He only got his client two weeks out to spend with his children after promising him months out before signing in order to work more on his case. His client was then forced to sign for 3 times the years that was previously on the table with the previous lawyer or threatened to make his charge aggravated if taken to trial. He was not prepared to go to trial even if we wanted to go to trial so we were forced to just signed for what was offered. This was an unfair trial in Waller County for a simple evading arrest charge in which he had to sign for 30 years. The justice system is ridiculous.

This man right here has saved my life! I was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The public defenders were dragging the case for over 7 months and on The very first court appearance Brian got the case dismissed!!!!!!!!!!! I was facing 2 to 20 years!! Don’t gamble your freedom……call Brian. I was charged with an aggravated assault on a family member. Anytime I reached out to him he always communicated back with me. From the beginning of my case to the moment he was able to get my case DISMISSED. Yes dismissed. I had a felony case around November 2021 . I needed a lawyer real bad in I really wonted a good lawyer . I’m in a city called Montgomery County and their very strict so this really matter to me. I did some research and I asked around and came across Brain Lavine. I contacted him, and after our phone call, I most definitely wanted him to represent me. Brain showed up to ever court date if he didn’t make it David or Phil came. I was a bit scared at first when I didn’t see Brain , but everybody who works for brain is most definitely Brilliant and know how to represent you . I ran into attorney Brian on Instagram and started following him like a month before my friend got arrested for aggravated assault on a family member. When her sister call me, I quickly call attorney Brian and left a message. He responded right away and we schedule an appt. He was honest from the beginning and stay in communication. By the grace of God he was able to speed up the case and got it dismissed. She was arrested back in July and got it dismissed last week. He pressured Fort Bend to obtain all evidence and they didn’t, they were slacking so he file for a motion for a speedy trial which gave them no choice, but to drop the case.
